French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his Socialist rival Francois Hollande are neck-and-neck in voting intentions for the first round in French presidential elections Sunday, according to an opinion poll TNS Sofres. The candidates would score 27 percent of votes each, the poll said. In the second round run-off however Hollande is projected to win with 55 percent of votes against Sarkozy's 45 percent.
